- We are based in the Cambridge area (UK)

I think my property is haunted, will you come and investigate?
- Yes, All our investigations are based on having a meeting with you first to assess your case, and to firstly help rule out possible natural causes for the phenomena reported. If we find that we cannot rationally explain what is happening in your property, we will then carry out a full investigation for you. Please feel free to contact us and discuss your ghostly activity.

Will you get rid of my ghost(s)? 
- We do not get rid of your ghost(s), we are purely here as an investigation team looking at the paranormal field in an attempt to learn and understand more about this subject and to gather evidence for or against its existence. Although we will try to offer you advice.

What sort of equipment do you use?
- We use many different types of scientific equipment to aid us in our research including EMF meters, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, motion sensors, analog and digital audio recording equipment, digital / film still cameras and night vision (0 LUX) video cameras. We occasionally use traditional equipment and methods purely for research and experimental purpose.

If I contact you is all the information kept confidential?
- Yes, All of our investigations are kept confidential, unless permission is given from you to publicise our findings on our website, but we will still keep location details and names totally confidential.

Do you charge for your work?
- No, we are a non profit making organisation, we base our investigations on science and research. Our mission is one of learning, and understanding more about the paranormal field.

Some pages on your website do not have much content?
- We are continually adding more and more content to our website as we progress with our research.

I live in the area, Can I get involved?
- Currently no (sorry!), but please keep watching our website in the future and positions
