About CGR

The Cambridgeshire Ghost Research group (CGR) was formally established in July 2006.

We are committed to the serious investigation and research of paranormal phenomena.

We mainly focus on ghost sightings and reputed haunted buildings in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties. Our primary objective is one of learning, understanding more about the paranormal field and to gather evidence for or against the existence of paranormal phenomena. All cases that are reported to CGR are treated in a confidential and sensitive manner. All of the evidence we gather is studied and then with permission collated on to our website for you to then draw your own conclusions on the subject of the paranormal. The CGR team consists of five primary founder researchers, a carefully selected group of four researchers, and also three CGR technical advisors each with their own fields of expertise that aid us with our research. CGR offer our service and time free of charge. Cambridgeshire Ghost Research uses various different types of scientific equipment, data collection, and analysis techniques to monitor the physical environment and look for changes that are associated with paranormal activity.
